About the Client We are partnering with a leading organisation that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity. They are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join their City Assets division within the Fleet unit. This organisation is committed to safety and working together as one team.

About the Role As the Maintenance Planner/Parts Procurement Officer, you will provide efficient and effective fleet scheduling, planning, and parts procurement. Reporting directly to the Coordinator Workshop Operations, you will play a crucial part in keeping operations running smoothly by delivering essential administrative support to the Fleet Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange workshop bookings to ensure the requirements of preventive and corrective maintenance fleet programs are established and maintained.
  • Assist Team Leaders in the procurement of maintenance parts and materials.
  • Ensure internal and external customer expectations are met through the prompt handling of enquiries.
  • Undertake word processing and workshop job sheet data entry into the Ausfleet database.
  • Process invoices and perform related administrative duties to meet requisition needs.
  • Assist Team Leaders to ensure assigned jobs are completed and signed off on a weekly basis.
  • Work flexibly across all sites as required to support the administrative and workshop operations of the Fleet Unit.
  • Carry out general office duties, including filing, printing, photocopying, and scanning.

About You To be successful in this position, you will have a strong customer focus and the ability to act honestly and ethically.

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Proven experience working in a Fleet Workshop environment or a similar setting.
  • Solid computer skills, specifically in applications such as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous customer service experience.

Highly Desirable:

  • A Certificate in Business, Fleet Management, or a similar field.
  • A related trade qualification.
  • Previous experience using AusFleet software.
